SAP Business Integrations Support Analyst

• Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Network Services Department is seeking an SAP Business Integration Support Analyst with a focus on SAP and enterprise system integrations.

• What you’ll be doing…
• As an SAP Business Integration Support Analyst, you will work independently as well as on a team to provide operational and integration support for Kwik Trip’s SAP systems and related applications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support SAP S/4HANA and related SAP cloud applications by independently investigating and troubleshooting application and integration issues, escalating when needed.
• Gather and analyze information related to system errors and coordinate resolution efforts with SAP Basis, development, and integration teams.
• Assist in gathering, documenting, and clarifying business requirements for system enhancements, new applications, and integrations.
• Provide project and integration support, including coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Assist with SAP upgrades, support packs, and enhancement deployments through coordination and communication activities.
• Create and update SAP user accounts in accordance with established security and approval processes, while supporting access reviews, licensing activities, and audits through system analysis and documentation.
• Assist with SAP data movement activities to support development and testing in lower environments.
• Review and evaluate SAP Notes relevant to Kwik Trip systems, maintain awareness of SAP announced maintenance windows, and help establish and maintain software lifecycle tracking and reporting
• Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP functionality, integrations, and system processes.
• Support training and onboarding efforts to improve system adoption and business user experience.

You’ll need to have:

• Associate degree in Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot system and integration issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Even better if you have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other SAP applications.
• Understanding of system integrations, data flows, or APIs.
• Experience supporting audits, licensing reviews, or compliance activities.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in IT environments

• Work Schedule
• Monday through Friday, daytime hours with non-business hours support as required. Rotating on call may be required.
