What is in it for you?

Lead SAP-driven business analysis and implementation projects, bridging business needs with technical solutions across modules like S/4HANA, FICO, MM, and SD.

Responsibilities: -

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Lead SAP implementation and enhancement projects across modules such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, and others.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and work closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions to improve business processes.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, user stories, and test cases.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with QA teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot SAP-related issues.
• Stay updated with SAP best practices, new features, and industry trends..

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on SAP systems.
• Expertise in SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, or S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP integration, data migration, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work in agile and waterfall project environments.
• SAP certification(s) is a plus.

Good to have skills: -

• Experience in global SAP rollouts and multi-country implementations.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging and technical architecture is a plus."
