• Location: Kansas City, MO (Hybrid, 2 Days Onsite)
• Compensation: $135,000 (MAX)
• Position Type: Permanent
• Travel: Approximately 25% for plant implementations and go-lives (random travel times)

• About the Opportunity
• Insight Global is seeking a SAP Business Analyst III to join a leading food and agriculture organization supporting enterprise SAP initiatives within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) space. This individual will serve as a key member of the SAP Shared Applications team, supporting SAP enhancements, implementations, plant rollouts, system upgrades, and production support activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP SD and Logistics Execution expertise, with hands-on experience in pricing, billing, configuration, EDI integrations, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.

• Must-Have Qualifications
• • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• • 4+ years of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) experience
• • Strong SAP Logistics Execution (LE) experience
• • Deep knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• • Hands-on experience with pricing configuration, copy control, invoicing, billing, and sales order processing
• • Experience supporting SAP integrations with Finance, Logistics, and Materials Management
• • EDI experience with troubleshooting and support capabilities
• • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
• • Experience supporting SAP implementations from design through post-go-live support
• • Strong communication skills with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

• • SAP Fiori experience
• • SAP Joule experience
• • Trade Promotion Management software integration experience
• • ABAP code reading and troubleshooting experience
• • IDoc and Workflow troubleshooting experience
• • Order-to-Cash Fiori application implementation or support

• • Manufacturing or plant implementation experience

• Position Overview
• As a SAP Business Analyst III, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing SAP Order-to-Cash processes across a large enterprise environment. Responsibilities include partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and configuring SAP solutions, supporting testing and implementation efforts, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous system improvements. You will work extensively with SAP SD, Logistics Execution, pricing, billing, EDI integrations, and cross-functional SAP modules to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
