We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Test Analyst / QA Analyst to support Salesforce and CRM applications in a long-term contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce testing, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Azure DevOps Test Suite.
This role involves designing, executing, and maintaining test cases, managing defects, supporting automation, and collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, vendors, and QA teams.

Local Candidates Only: Must reside within 90 miles of Lansing, MI
Duration: 1 year with possible extension
Interview: 1st round virtual; 2nd round in person
Required Qualifications
6+ years of Salesforce QA/Testing experience
4+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience
4+ years of Azure DevOps Test Suite experience
Strong experience creating and executing test cases and test scripts
Experience with functional, integration, and regression testing
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of NICE CXone or other CCaaS testing
SQL experience
Selenium or other test automation tools
REST, SOAP, and Bulk API testing
Postman, SoapUI, or similar API testing tools
Salesforce Experience Cloud
Salesforce Flows, Lightning, Apex, and AppExchange
Government, public-sector, or public-health project experience
Key Responsibilities
Interpret business requirements and user stories and develop comprehensive test cases.
Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test suites in Azure DevOps.
Develop positive and negative test scenarios based on Salesforce application requirements.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and API testing.
Test Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud applications.
Analyze the impact of new enhancements and determine appropriate regression testing.
Document test results and identify, track, and manage defects through resolution in Azure DevOps.
Maintain full traceability between requirements, test scripts, test results, and defects.
Work closely with developers, vendors, customers, and other QA engineers.
Support test automation initiatives and recommend improvements to automation frameworks.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts where applicable.
Test Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
Utilize tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Selenium, or similar testing tools.
Understand Salesforce production and sandbox environments.
Ensure testing activities follow QA best practices and applicable security standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, requirement sessions, and project planning activities.
Support knowledge transfer and develop training materials for the transition to Maintenance & Operations.
Troubleshoot testing issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve problems.
