Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Development.
  • 2+ years of experience with nCino and understanding of lending operations.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce integrations, REST APIs, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and SQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce objects, workflows, security, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Apex classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Test Classes.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce production environments, incident management, deployments, hotfixes, and releases.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce users, permissions, data models, and performance optimization.
  • Experience managing SSL, SAML, and JWT certificates for system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Salesforce production incidents from triage through resolution, including escalation and stakeholder communication.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce customizations, integrations, workflows, Apex, and data issues.
  • Support production deployments, releases, hotfixes, and post-release validation.
  • Administer Salesforce environments, users, permissions, objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
  • Configure Lightning components, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge-base documentation.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage certificate renewals and rotations to prevent integration/authentication failures.
