Job Description:

• Role Summary
• The Salesforce nCino Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver effective, compliant, and scalable solutions on the Salesforce nCino platform within banking and lending programs.

• Key Responsibilities
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from banking and lending stakeholders
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies with Product Owners and delivery teams
• Support and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, execution, and defect triage
• Analyze end-to-end lending workflows using Salesforce and nCino (LOS, credit, collateral, covenants)
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the nCino platform during requirement discussions and solution reviews
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, and QA teams
• Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and key business KPIs
• Required Skills & Experience
• Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology programs
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and nCino implementations
• Strong domain knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, or Lending
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce and/or nCino certification
