Our client, a dynamic leader in this sector, seeks a Salesforce Business System Analyst to bridge business needs with technology, enabling rapid, scalable platform enhancements across sales, service, and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales, service, and operations stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Translate business needs into clear, development‑ready scope, accounting for Salesforce data model, automation, security, sharing, and reporting.
- Serve as the in‑house functional expert for Salesforce, guiding best‑practice configurations and mitigating technical debt.
- Manage multiple concurrent Salesforce initiatives, tracking actions, deadlines, dependencies, and providing regular status updates to leadership.
- Coordinate delivery across product owners and development teams, ensuring integration touchpoints with MuleSoft, Slack, ERP, and marketing platforms are managed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives, keeping the backlog prioritized and stories well‑defined.
- Support release planning, sandbox refreshes, and new‑feature adoption, conducting impact assessments, regression testing, and integration validation.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce core concepts, including data model, Flow automation, Process Builder, security & sharing, and reporting/dashboard creation.
- Hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud and Field Service Lightning implementations.
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft, Slack, ERP, and Marketing Cloud platforms.
- Strong ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria quickly.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
- Experience with Apex development and advanced Flow automation.
- Familiarity with Defense and Space Manufacturing domain or similar high‑growth, mission‑critical environments.
- Knowledge of additional integration tools or middleware beyond MuleSoft.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata deployments.
