- We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in the Pharma/Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Life Sciences Cloud, along with proven ability to gather requirements, write user stories, and collaborate effectively with business and IT teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver Salesforce solutions
- Manage and refine product backlog using Jira and Confluence
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT activities
- Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Domain knowledge in Pharma/Life Sciences
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud / Experience Cloud / LS Cloud
- Expertise in Agile methodology, Jira, and Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
