ROLE SUMMARY

• The Senior Business Analyst provides enterprise business analysis services supporting strategic sales technology transformation initiatives across AI, Salesforce.com, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Talend, and Operational Data Store (ODS) modernization programs.
• This role partners closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to coordinate project deliverables, gather and document business requirements, facilitate solution design discussions, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise initiatives. The position combines hands-on requirements management with cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and support for large-scale transformation programs focused on automation, data modernization, customer experience, and AI-driven innovation.
• SCOPE OF SERVICES
• Enterprise Business Analysis & Project Delivery
• Partner with Project Managers to coordinate project activities, delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate business discovery sessions, workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering activities.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, process documentation, and solution artifacts.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, and project deliverables.
• Support project governance, prioritization, status reporting, and change management activities across transformation initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and expected outcomes.
• AI Transformation & Automation Initiatives
• Support enterprise AI transformation programs leveraging Agentforce, generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation capabilities.
• Document business processes and identify opportunities for AI-enabled efficiencies, workflow automation, and improved decision-making.
• Define functional requirements, use cases, user interactions, and success criteria for AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to translate strategic AI objectives into actionable delivery plans.
• Assist with adoption, process redesign, and operational readiness activities supporting enterprise AI initiatives.
• Salesforce.com & Agentforce Delivery
• Gather and document business requirements supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Agentforce implementations.
• Define customer, sales, service, and operational workflows to support platform enhancements and modernization efforts.
• Partner with administrators, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to validate requirements and solution designs.
• Support testing efforts, user acceptance activities, deployment readiness, and production adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, data quality, user experience, and platform utilization.
• Integration, Data & ODS Modernization
• Document requirements supporting enterprise integration solutions utilizing MuleSoft and Talend.
• Analyze and document system interfaces, data flows, transformation requirements, and integration dependencies.
• Support modernization of Operational Data Store (ODS) platforms and enterprise data architecture initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineering and DevOps teams to define scalable, secure, and sustainable data solutions.
• Assist in the development of data governance standards, process controls, and reporting requirements.
• Agile Delivery & DevOps Collaboration
• Partner with DevOps, engineering, architecture, and product teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories suitable for Agile development teams.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, solution reviews, testing coordination, and release activities.
• Track requirements through development, testing, deployment, and production implementation.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives, acceptance criteria, and operational expectations.
• REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• 5-10+ years of enterprise business analysis experience supporting large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
• Experience supporting Salesforce.com implementations and enhancements.
• Working knowledge of Agentforce, AI platforms, automation technologies, or digital transformation initiatives preferred.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Talend, enterprise integrations, and data transformation projects preferred.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps-based development organizations.
• Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive alignment across business and technology teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success supporting complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
