- We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a growing Salesforce team supporting enterprise business initiatives. This role will work directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of Salesforce Business Analysis experience and a strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, requirements gathering, process improvement, testing, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into Salesforce functional and technical solutions.
- Support implementation and enhancement projects across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Conduct business process analysis and recommend system improvements.
- Create user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, and Project Managers.
- Perform system testing, UAT coordination, and validation of new functionality.
- Support day-to-day Salesforce enhancements and production improvements.
- Analyze data and business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Prepare training materials and support end-user adoption initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Analyst experience.
- Experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Experience creating user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Knowledge of Salesforce workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, and security.
- Experience with testing, UAT, and implementation support.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Salesforce Experience Cloud knowledge.
- Salesforce reporting and dashboard expertise.
