Zensar is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst in the United States (Onsite). This position is open for Full Time with excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities.

• About the Role
• Jira Ticket Ownership & Delivery
• Own assigned Jira tickets from analysis and estimation through , testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely fixes
• Identify enhancement opportunities from recurring support requests
• Functional Analysis & Business Interaction-P1 Skill
• Work directly with business users to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories
• Conduct demos, support UAT, and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Serve as the onsite Salesforce subject-matter expert for day‑to‑day needs
• Advanced Salesforce Administration-P2 Skills
• Perform complex configuration: Flows, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Assignment Rules, Approval Processes
• Manage data operations (data loads, cleansing, deduplication)
• Maintain system security, user access, and metadata hygiene

Experience:

• 8–10 years of Salesforce experience across administration
• Must have Semiconductor industry experience
• Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities
• Experience working in Agile environments with Jira
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
• Salesforce certifications (Admin)

Education:

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree – Information Technology
