Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a long-term engagement with MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, hands-on Salesforce experience, and the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience supporting government or public sector IT projects is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including configuration, reporting, dashboards, and workflows.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
Experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and non-technical business users.
