Salesforce Business Analyst

• Position: Salesforce Business Analyst(Need recent Healthcare client exp)
• Location: 100% Remote work from home
• Duration: 12 Month Contract

• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information systems, public health, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, systems analysis, healthcare operations, or technology implementation.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including care management, care coordination, referrals, community-based services, health plan relationships, and related service-delivery models.
• General knowledge of HIPAA, protected health information, healthcare data privacy and security, and regulatory requirements.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce concepts, including objects, fields, workflows, permissions, reports, dashboards, integrations, and configuration.
• Experience developing business requirements, user stories, process maps, use cases, acceptance criteria, data definitions, and test documentation.
• Experience with external technology vendors, consultants, developers, and implementation partners.
• Strong facilitation, interviewing, analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, program staff, technical teams, data professionals, and vendors.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, or other Salesforce solutions for healthcare.
• Experience in care management, social care, community health, aging services, health plans, claims, referrals, or community-based organizations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, backlog management, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Business analysis certification, such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or an equivalent credential.
• Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, or other relevant Salesforce certification.
• Experience supporting system integrations, data conversions, reporting, data governance, or master data initiatives.
