Position Overview:

Aspen Products, Inc. is searching for a Sales and Replenishment Analyst to work out of our Kansas City office. Reporting to our Sr. Sales Analyst, this position will support the Aspen Sales Team including but not limited to the action items below:

  • Work with subject matter experts and Sales team members to understand business data and Customer related processes.
  • Work with key stakeholders to understand Aspen/Customer sales objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights using data-driven facts.
  • Analize internal and external sales data to find trends and opportunities.
  • Evaluate and propose solutions for customer inventory levels and future orders.
  • Utilize a variety of sources to build reports that will help the Sales Team to better understand and analyze the business.
  • Develop Customer specific presentations for sales meetings and business reviews.
  • Build/Manage reports to track Company/Customer KPI objectives. (ex. OTIF, Weeks of Supply, Sales Performance, In-stock Rates, etc.)
  • Load pricing into Customer systems and Monitor/Report pricing effectiveness.
  • Support/Backup existing Sr. Sales Analyst projects.
  • Maintain customer specific information using their online portals.
  • Update Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports.
  • Manage Customer Samples.
  • Provide sales team with administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of analytical experience in consumer goods, retail, or have other relevant industry background.
  • 5+ Years of experience utilizing MS Excel to create pivot tables, graphs, and charts.
  • Additional MS Office Skills a plus (Power BI, Access, Word, Power Point).
  • Experience with syndicated data, customer POS, panel data (Nielsen/IRI, Scintilla).
  • Comfortable working with online customer applications (ad hoc).
  • Ability to successfully manage time and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Progressive thinkers capable of enhancing the existing set of analytical offerings.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical, report running and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Must be comfortable interacting with customers.
  • Solid communication skills to include verbal, presentation, and written capabilities.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Subject to Experience, Skill Set, Education
