  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and develop a sales team within the assigned territory, providing mentorship and guidance to drive performance
  • Set clear individual and team sales targets and ensure consistent achievement or exceeding of goals
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics; analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve productivity
  • Coach and support team members to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer engagement
  • Assist team members in resolving customer queries and handling escalations when necessary
  • Plan and execute sales initiatives, campaigns, and events to boost overall sales performance
  • Collaborate with senior sales leadership to implement regional and national sales strategies
  • Continuously evaluate market dynamics and adapt plans to meet evolving business needs
  • Required Qualifications
  • Education
  • MBA or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
  • Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced consumer-focused industry
  • At least 1 year of experience managing or leading a team
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to drive results and meet sales targets
  • Excellent people management and team development capabilities
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (up to 75%)
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working within a similar regional market
  • Exposure to consumer goods or high-volume sales environments
