Role Description The Sales Operations Analyst is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting sales performance and operational efficiency across OxCAIR’s partnerships and services. The role involves analyzing sales data, building and maintaining reports and dashboards, and providing insight into trends, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts. The analyst will collaborate with sales and finance stakeholders to refine processes, improve CRM data quality, and ensure accurate documentation of contracts and opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring key performance metrics, preparing regular sales operations summaries, supporting budgeting and planning activities, and identifying opportunities for process optimization. The role also includes contributing to cross-functional projects that align sales operations with the organization’s research and business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including experience working with datasets, metrics, and reporting tools.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
Knowledge of sales and sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM use.
Understanding of finance concepts relevant to sales operations, such as revenue tracking and budgeting.
Comfort working remotely, with strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and business intelligence or data visualization tools.
Prior experience in a sales operations, business analytics, or related role is beneficial.
Interest in healthcare, artificial intelligence, or academic research environments is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, data analytics, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
