Sales Operations Analyst (Salesforce, Analytics & Forecasting)

  • We are partnering with a rapidly growing organization seeking a highly analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support a high-performing sales organization through data-driven insights, forecasting, lead optimization, and operational excellence.

  • What You'll Do
  • Analyze sales, pipeline, lead, and campaign performance data to identify trends and business opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to support business growth initiatives
  • Support lead management and optimization efforts, ensuring sales teams have the right opportunities at the right time
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools using Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, Qlik Sense, and related platforms
  • Create executive-ready summaries and presentations that communicate key findings and recommendations
  • Assist with forecasting activities, including pipeline health, lead availability, capacity planning, and sales performance trends
  • Partner with sales leaders, operations teams, and external stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help streamline reporting and operational workflows
  • Support campaign performance analysis and provide recommendations to improve conversion rates and sales effectiveness
  • Assist with operational initiatives, issue resolution, and performance reporting as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or a related analytical role
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Analysis)
  • Experience working with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, leads, opportunities, and sales performance metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations
  • Experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations and business summaries
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting sales organizations, call centers, customer acquisition teams, or revenue-generating functions
  • Experience with Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar BI/reporting tools
  • Exposure to forecasting, pipeline management, lead allocation, or campaign performance analysis
  • Experience working with large datasets and SQL-based data environments
  • Background in financial services, fintech, lending, payments, or other highly regulated industries is a plus
  • Experience supporting outsourced sales teams, vendor organizations, or BPO environments is highly desirable
