- Position Summary
- Access Information Management is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst with a strong technical background to help build and run our GTM infrastructure. The role spans sales data, CRM systems, and revenue analytics. We run on Salesforce as our CRM, so hands-on Salesforce capability is a hard requirement. The ideal candidate is also comfortable querying relational databases and actively uses AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate repetitive work.
- This is a hands-on role. Day-to-day work includes pipeline reporting, data quality, and forecast support, but this is as much an engineering role as a reporting one. We expect this person to spend real time on the systems themselves: building and improving the workflows, integrations, and automation that make the sales team more effective and the data more reliable.
- Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Administration and Data Quality
- • Maintain accurate CRM data across accounts, opportunities, contacts, and hierarchies
- • Audit and remediate data quality issues including duplicates, missing fields, and hierarchy misalignments
- • Support configuration updates including fields, workflows, validation rules, and user management
- • Partner with data governance initiatives including deduplication, enrichment, and DUNS hierarchy alignment
- Reporting and Analytics
- • Build and maintain pipeline, forecast, and performance reports in Salesforce and connected BI tools
- • Write SQL or SOQL queries against relational databases to support ad hoc analysis and recurring reporting
- • Translate raw data pulls into structured findings ready for senior sales and finance audiences
- • Support weekly and monthly forecast cycles with data preparation, variance analysis, and commentary inputs
- GTM Systems and Workflow Automation
- • Identify manual or repetitive workflows across sales ops and automate them using AI tools, Salesforce flows, or low-code platforms
- • Build and maintain integrations between CRM, reporting tools, and data sources to reduce manual handoffs
- • Support lead routing, territory assignment, and opportunity scoring logic as these systems evolve
- • Contribute to the design and maintenance of the GTM tech stack, flagging gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities
- AI Fluency and Productivity
- • Use AI tools (including large language models) as part of daily work, including drafting, analysis, data interpretation, and automation prototyping
- • Identify use cases where AI can reduce cycle time on reporting, commentary, or data cleaning tasks and propose implementations
- • Stay current on relevant AI tools and surface opportunities to apply them in the sales ops context
- Cross-Functional Support
- • Support quota allocation, territory modeling, and compensation operations with data preparation and validation
- • Serve as a reliable data resource for Sales, Finance, and IT on questions involving CRM data, pipeline metrics, and reporting logic
- • Document processes, data definitions, and system logic to support governance and knowledge transfer
Qualifications
- Required
- • Salesforce proficiency: reporting, dashboards, SOQL, object relationships, and basic administration
- • SQL or equivalent ability to query relational databases for analysis and reporting
- • Familiar with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI, and demonstrated creation of visualized metrics or dashboards
- • Demonstrated use of AI tools in a professional or analytical context
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear findings
- • Attention to detail and comfort working with large, sometimes messy datasets
- • Self-directed work style with the ability to manage priorities and deliver without heavy oversight
Preferred
- • Familiarity with data governance practices including deduplication, enrichment, and hierarchy management
- • Exposure to Smartsheet, Excel-based modeling, or workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Salesforce Flow, n8n)
- • Experience supporting forecast or pipeline reporting in a recurring revenue environment
- • Familiarity with AI-assisted automation for CRM data cleaning or outreach workflow management
- What We Are Looking For
- Above all, we want a change agent. This is someone who isn't content to keep things running as they are, who questions how we work today, and who pushes to make our systems and processes better. The strongest candidates will combine technical depth with practical judgment. We are not looking for someone who only executes requests. We want someone who reads the data, notices what is off, and raises it before it becomes a problem.
- AI fluency is a real requirement, not a nice-to-have. Candidates who actively use AI tools to move faster and produce better work will stand out.
