We're working with a global, high-growth manufacturer for a Financial Analyst, Commercial and Sales who sits at the intersection of Finance and Sales. This is a high-visibility role where you'll work directly with business unit leaders, commercial teams, and the CFO to surface insights that drive real decisions around pricing, margin, and growth.

- What you'll be doing
- Publish and present monthly KPI analysis by business unit, with a focus on COGS and gross margin variance
- Prepare detailed gross margin analysis covering sales price variance, product mix, volume, customers, and markets
- Analyze annual sales contract margins for the top 50 key customers and deliver actionable commercial recommendations to sales and business leaders
- Support Financial Business Partners in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual budget and forecast P&Ls (Sales, COGS, Gross Margin)
- Bridge intercompany pricing structures to local P&L to improve business unit leaders' understanding of their financials
- Support the companywide planning process (COGS) using Prophix and assist with SAP ERP implementation
- Partner directly with department heads and executive leadership across the business on planning and special projects
- What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting strongly preferred
- 2+ years in FP&A or as a Business/Financial Analyst — ideally in a commercial or manufacturing environment
- Strong commercial instincts! You understand customers, pricing, and margins, not just the ledger
- Excellent presentation and communication skills >> this is critical as you'll be presenting to senior stakeholders regularly
- Self-driven and proactive: you identify problems before they're flagged and come with solutions
- Collaborative and service-oriented: you build genuine relationships across every level of the business
- Comfortable reporting to the CFO and engaging with department leaders and executives on a daily basis
- Strong Excel skills (2+ years of daily use); experience with BI or forecasting tools is a plus
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred
