Your Role & Responsibilities

Talent Resourcing & Workforce Coordination (60%)

  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, Recruiting, and Operations to clarify role requirements and priorities
  • Maintain visibility into demand, open roles, consultant availability, and pipeline health
  • Coordinate end-to-end resourcing workflows from intake through candidate submission
  • Collaborate with Recruiting to improve candidate quality and submission timing
  • Monitor active searches and proactively identify bottlenecks or delays
  • Drive proactive talent pipeline development for key skill areas
  • Re-engage previously vetted candidates and maintain ongoing talent relationships
  • Act as a point of contact for Vendor Management Systems (VMS) across assigned accounts
  • Ensure SLA adherence, submission quality, and process compliance
  • Track and analyze resourcing KPIs such as time-to-submit and conversion rates
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements using AI and automation tools

Revenue Enablement & Commercial Operations (40%)

  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity and support pipeline reporting and performance tracking
  • Assist in preparing client-facing deliverables (proposals, presentations, SOWs)
  • Coordinate sales enablement materials and internal documentation repositories
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns, communications, and content initiatives
  • Maintain marketing systems and ensure accuracy of collateral and messaging
  • Coordinate logistics for events, webinars, and client engagement initiatives
  • Support lead tracking, opportunity development, and sales process efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations through automation, AI, and better processes

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, workforce coordination, sales operations, marketing operations, or business operations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong process discipline
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with broader organizational goals
  • Curiosity and willingness to leverage AI and automation tools

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, or VMS platforms
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools or campaign management
  • Background in consulting or professional services
  • Experience improving workflows through automation or AI
  • Exposure to sales enablement or revenue operations

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Certifications in Salesforce, recruiting, or operations tools are a plus
