• Position Overview
• We are seeking an experienced Safety / EHS Supervisor to oversee safety operations for mission-critical and data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial construction safety experience, with mission-critical/data center experience preferred.
• Responsibilities
• Lead daily jobsite safety and EHS activities.
• Conduct inspections, audits, JHAs, toolbox talks, and safety training.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements.
• Manage subcontractor safety and corrective actions.
• Support MEP, electrical, commissioning, energization, and LOTO activities.
• Investigate incidents and maintain safety documentation.
• Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to maintain a strong safety culture.
• Requirements
• construction safety/EHS experience preferred.
• Strong OSHA knowledge and construction safety experience.
• Mission-critical/data center experience preferred.
• NFPA 70E and LOTO experience preferred.
• OSHA 30; CHST, ASP, or CSP preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
