Risk Management Analyst

Job Description:

• Support the risk management team in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating operational, financial, and strategic risks.
• Conduct risk assessments, scenario analyses, and compliance reviews to ensure organizational resilience.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate risk findings and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor controls.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and emerging risk trends.
• Assist in maintaining risk registers, policies, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in risk analysis, compliance, or audit is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and risk management tools.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and manage multiple tasks.
