• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will identify, assess, and monitor potential business, financial, operational, and compliance risks while providing data-driven recommendations to support informed decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen risk management practices and help safeguard the organization's long-term success.
• Key Responsibilities
• Identify, assess, and monitor business, financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze data to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in internal audits, risk reviews, and business continuity planning.
• Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization.
• Maintain accurate risk documentation and reporting records.
• Support special projects and perform additional analytical tasks as assigned.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Previous experience in risk management, finance, compliance, auditing, or business analysis is an advantage but not required.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of enterprise risk management (ERM), financial risk, operational risk, or regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good command of English; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
