About The Role
The Revenue Operations Analyst owns the connectivity between business data, commercial systems, and go-to-market strategies. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Salesforce instance, building complex reporting models, and optimizing the lead-to-cash lifecycle to drive predictable revenue growth.
This position sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and finance, transforming raw system data into actionable operational insights. The analyst will design scalable business processes, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and ensure go-to-market teams are equipped with accurate, real-time performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrate and optimize Salesforce (SFDC), including managing page layouts, custom objects, validation rules, flows, and third-party integrations.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI to track pipeline velocity, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and net revenue retention (NRR).
- Own the data hygiene strategy within the CRM and marketing automation platforms, implementing deduplication rules, enrichments, and automated data flows.
- Design and document scalable operational workflows for lead routing, territory assignment, and sales forecasting to minimize manual overhead.
- Collaborate with finance and sales leadership to execute monthly and quarterly commission calculations, validating performance metrics against quota plans.
- Analyze historical sales data to identify trends, forecast anomalies, and provide recommendations to executive leadership during strategic planning cycles.
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analyst roles within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) administration; Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is highly preferred.
- Strong SQL capabilities for querying complex database structures and experience building data visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven experience managing and troubleshooting integrations across the GTM tech stack, including Marketo/HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft, and ZoomInfo.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business requests into structured technical requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Bonus: Experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation, Apex coding, or Python for data manipulation.
