Role Summary

Customand has a remote opening for a Revenue Operations Analyst supporting moving and relocation services, customer scheduling, packing, transportation, storage, assembly, sales support, and operations. In day-to-day work, you will analyze operational performance and improve processes, capacity, reporting, and decision-making. This opening is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Handle

• Collect and analyze operational data related to volume, capacity, service levels, productivity, cost, or cycle time in the Revenue Operations Analyst role at Customand.
• Build reports and dashboards that show trends, bottlenecks, exceptions, and performance against targets as part of the Revenue Operations Analyst role at Customand.
• Map current processes, identify recurring delays or control gaps, and quantify improvement opportunities across moving, scheduling, and relocation operations in this Revenue Operations Analyst position.
• Partner with operational teams to test process changes and measure results after implementation for the Customand team as part of Revenue Operations Analyst work.
