• Location: Mississauga, ON - Hybrid Remote

Our client, a globally recognized pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Retail Sales Analyst to support business operations through data-driven reporting, inventory analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This role plays a key part in supporting retail sales performance, operational efficiency, and supply chain visibility through timely insights and analytical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Prepare and analyze reports related to retail sales performance, inventory trends, customer activity, product allocation, and operational KPIs.
• - Support business reviews and decision-making by translating large datasets into actionable insights and recommendations.
• - Monitor inventory activity, product movement, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy across multiple systems and stakeholders.
• - Partner closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and external vendors to support day-to-day operational initiatives.
• - Assist with forecasting support, inventory tracking, issue resolution, and ongoing process optimization initiatives.
• - Maintain reporting accuracy within ERP systems and investigate data discrepancies when required.
• - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on reporting efficiencies, operational workflows, and overall business performance.
• - Support ad hoc analysis, reporting requests, and operational projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• - Previous experience in retail sales analysis, pricing analysis, inventory analysis, business analytics, or supply chain operations.
• - Strong analytical mindset with experience working with large datasets, reporting, and KPI tracking.
• - Advanced Excel skills required; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, and IQVIA are considered an asset.
• - Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms is considered a strong asset.
• - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
