Retail Business Analyst

Role Description The Retail Business Analyst will work on-site in Seattle, WA in a contract capacity, closely collaborating with cross-functional teams in retail and technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing retail processes and systems, and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. The role will involve translating stakeholder needs into clear functional specifications, supporting solution design and testing, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology implementations. The Business Analyst will also prepare reports and presentations, facilitate meetings and workshops, and maintain effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• ✅ Requirements gathering & documentation
• ✅ User stories & Agile delivery
• ✅ Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools
• ✅ Strong analytical & communication skills
• ✅ Stakeholder management
• ✅ Application enhancement & production support experience
