  • Job Summary
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights that support business strategy and decision-making. The successful candidate will gather information from multiple sources, evaluate market trends, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using internal and external data sources.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Prepare research reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
  • Perform market, industry, and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and research documentation.
  • Monitor market trends and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
  • Verify the accuracy and reliability of research findings.
  • Present insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  • Support ad hoc research projects as assigned.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Market Research, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in research, data analysis, business analysis, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple research projects and deadlines.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, or similar analytical tools.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and research methodologies.
  • Experience conducting market research or competitive analysis.
  • Familiarity with survey tools and data visualization platforms.
  • Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence tools.
