Xplore World Agency is seeking a Reporting Analyst to help deliver vacation planning, flights, cruises, all-inclusive travel, reservations, customer support, and travel sales. In day-to-day work, you will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. This opening is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Handle

• Prepare and update recurring reports, trackers, and status summaries using data from vacation planning, flights, cruises, all-inclusive travel, reservations, customer support, and travel sales in the Reporting Analyst role at Xplore World Agency.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Reporting Analyst role at Xplore World Agency.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across vacation booking and traveler service in this Reporting Analyst position.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Xplore World Agency team as part of Reporting Analyst work.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting vacation booking and traveler service in the Reporting Analyst role at Xplore World Agency.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Reporting Analyst responsibilities at Xplore World Agency.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Reporting Analyst opening at Xplore World Agency.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
