Position Overview
Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc. is adding a Reporting Analyst to help with building products, customer service, sales support, order coordination, product support, vendors, and project operations. As the Reporting Analyst, you will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. The position is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prepare and update recurring reports, trackers, and status summaries using data from building products, customer service, sales support, order coordination, product support, vendors, and project operations in the Reporting Analyst role at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.
- Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Reporting Analyst role at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.
- Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across product, order, and customer operations in this Reporting Analyst position.
- Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc. team as part of Reporting Analyst work.
- Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting product, order, and customer operations in the Reporting Analyst role at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.
- Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Reporting Analyst responsibilities at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.
Qualifications
- Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Reporting Analyst opening at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.
- Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
- Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
- Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
- A pre-employment background check is required.
