- Job Title: Reporting Analyst (Portfolio/ PowerPoint)
- Location: Fort Worth, TX – Hybrid
- Type: Long term contract
- MUST NEED ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATE (ONLY LOCAL TX CANDIDATE)
- Candidate will be required to follow the Hybrid schedule day 1 onsite (Tues. Wed & Thurs).
- Interview process will be 2 rounds, one virtual and the second is onsite.

Description:

- Serve as the technology conduit between our application engineering team, product management and operational capabilities to provide critical problem-solving and customer/employee experience support, maintaining system integrity, and continuously improving product quality
- Collaborate closely with application engineering to understand the technical requirements, system architecture, and product capabilities
- Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for process improvement and to inform strategic decisions within IT operations
- Work with business units to assess and prioritize technology needs and collaborate on solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Top /Mandatory Skills and Experience (Non Negotiable)
- · Independent Ownership of Executive Level Reporting
- o Demonstrated ability to independently own executive ready reporting and presentations end to end, from intake through final delivery, with minimal direction. Must exercise sound judgment, manage timelines, and deliver high quality, leadership ready outputs.
- · Executive Communication and PowerPoint Expertise
- o Proven ability to develop clear, concise, and well structured executive presentations (PowerPoint) that translate complex technical or cybersecurity inputs into decision ready narratives for senior leadership.
- · Strong Critical Thinking
- o Ability to synthesize inputs across multiple products, programs, and workstreams; identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks; and elevate key themes, priorities, and impacts. Requires analytical judgment beyond compiling data or coordinating inputs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- Nice to Have Skills and Experience (Preferred but Not Required)
- · Experience supporting executive governance forums, scorecards, or quarterly business reviews
- · Familiarity with cybersecurity, technology, or enterprise risk environments
- · Experience working in large, complex, or matrixed organizations
- · Exposure to portfolio management, performance metrics, or enterprise reportin
- Experience working directly with senior leaders or officer level audiences
