What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and update recurring reports, trackers, and status summaries using data from residential and commercial moving, call-center support, customer scheduling, logistics, sales support, and operations in the Reporting Analyst role at One New Creation.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Reporting Analyst role at One New Creation.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across moving, call-center, and logistics operations in this Reporting Analyst position.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the One New Creation team as part of Reporting Analyst work.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting moving, call-center, and logistics operations in the Reporting Analyst role at One New Creation.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Reporting Analyst responsibilities at One New Creation.

What You'll Bring

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Reporting Analyst opening at One New Creation.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A pre-employment background check is required.
