Reporting Analyst

The Role

• Prepare and produce financial reports for alternative investment products.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory, product-specific, and internal quality standards.
• Products in scope include BDCs, Limited Partnerships, and REITs with alternative asset class investments.
• Work within an operations team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality financial reporting.
• Participate in and/or lead operational efficiencies to scale and automate processes.
• Interact with various groups within the organization and represent the business to customers and partners.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of financial services experience with an asset manager, audit firm, or custodian bank.
• Experience in accounting operations or administration for alternative investment products.
• Accounting and operational knowledge for alternative asset classes (e.g., commodities, real estate, private debt, private equity, distressed securities, derivatives, cryptocurrencies).
• Experience preparing financial statements and related content for 10-K and 10-Q filings for products structured as BDCs, ETPs, or REITs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and business partners to recommend changes to systems, processes, and reporting.
• Strong computer and application skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
