Replenishment Analyst

• Replenishment Specialist/Inventory Control
• A fast growing food manufacturer company of ours is looking for an excel guru who is great with numbers and be able to have very accurate inventory reports.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works closely with warehouse, packaging, and procurement operations; provides necessary product quantities, correct orders, and on-time deliveries through proper daily production scheduling of packaging and processing materials.
• Maintains multi line product replenishment from vendors and suppliers at competitive market pricing.
• Maintains adequate inventory levels to ensure superior service levels
• Ensures all deliveries are prepared in accordance with requirements and all documentation is prepared correctly.
• Interacts and communicates both written and verbally with sales force, customers and vendors in a timely and informative manner on market conditions, delivery schedules and product information.
• Ensures efficient and adequate flow of goods.
• Supports business units’ goals of quality, safety, productivity, and customer service.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent excel user – Advanced experience
• Inventory experience
• Food Industry experience
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
• Proficient on Microsoft 365
• Bilingual skills a plus
