IntePros is partnered with a global pharmaceutical services client is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to support and enhance its Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) program. This role will focus on evolving the organization's User Access Review (UAR) processes by developing scalable solutions for applications that have not yet been integrated into the enterprise SailPoint platform.

Working as part of a collaborative IAM Governance team, the successful candidate will evaluate alternative access review methods, establish standardized manual processes where automation is not yet available, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. This individual will partner with business stakeholders, application owners, and technical teams to build sustainable governance processes while driving operational excellence, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, exceptionally organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment. They bring strong IAM governance experience, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage user access review processes for applications not yet integrated with SailPoint.
  • Evaluate existing IAM and security tools to identify opportunities for automated or semi-automated access review solutions.
  • Develop standardized manual access review procedures where automation is unavailable.
  • Create supporting documentation including process guides, training materials, templates, validation procedures, and tracking mechanisms.
  • Train application owners, delegates, and business stakeholders on access review responsibilities and procedures.
  • Establish quality assurance and validation processes to ensure access reviews are completed accurately and in accordance with internal control standards.
  • Provide ongoing oversight, governance, and reporting on access review completion and remediation activities.
  • Support Identity Governance initiatives and contribute to continuous improvements across the IAM program.
  • Analyze IAM-related issues, identify control gaps, and recommend remediation strategies.
  • Maintain documentation for IAM processes, workflows, standards, and governance controls.
  • Ensure IAM processes align with internal policies and external regulatory requirements including SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST frameworks.
  • Support internal and external audit activities by preparing documentation, evidence, and compliance reporting.
  • Analyze large datasets to validate access review completeness, accuracy, and remediation activities.
  • Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and metrics to communicate program performance and compliance status to leadership.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve IAM governance processes.
  • Assist with user support for IAM technologies, troubleshooting access and authentication issues when appropriate.
  • Support SailPoint governance initiatives and continue expanding expertise within the platform.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and operational efficiencies across the IAM function.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), IT Audit, Information Security, Risk, or Compliance.
  • Hands-on experience managing or supporting user access review programs.
  • Working knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts and IAM best practices.
  • Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as SOX, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, or HITRUST.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret technical information and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Experience developing process documentation, procedures, training materials, and governance standards.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.
  • Familiarity with SailPoint workflows, access certifications, rules, and governance processes.
  • Experience supporting enterprise Identity Governance programs.
  • Professional certifications such as:
  • Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
  • SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
