Qualifications:

• 1. MUST HAVE: Insurance Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and standards, particularly in relation to GISA, Facility Association, and GAA. Deep understanding of Policy lifecycle.
• 2. Experience: Previous experience in regulatory reporting, business analysis, underwriting, or a related field within the insurance industry.
• 3. Testing Techniques/Skills: Oracle e-Business Suite, Web Testing, Regression Testing and Functional Testing, Automation.
• 4. Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related industry experience.

Key Skills:

• • Develop and Execute Test Plans: Create and implement detailed test plans to ensure software and systems meet regulatory standards specific to the insurance industry.
• • Compliance Testing: Conduct tests to verify compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and financial reporting standards.
• • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on test results, compliance status, and any issues identified during testing.
• • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing
• • Process Improvement: Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• • Training: Provide training and guidance to other team members on regulatory compliance and testing procedures.
