• Location: San Diego, CA
• Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
• Duration: 6 Months with potential 1 to 3 month extension
• Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
• Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• May require an bachelor's degree in a related area and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision.
• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
• Typically reports to a manager.
• Business Systems Analyst supporting the Oncology business.
• Candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, documenting business processes, translating business needs into technical solutions, and supporting business applications and workflow documentation.

• Experience working in a regulated laboratory, healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device environment.
• Strong business systems analysis experience.
