Job Summary

• We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the evaluation, financing, and structuring of energy-related projects and capital investments. This role will analyze project profitability, build financial models, assess risks, and help develop funding strategies for energy services projects.
• The analyst will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Legal, Commercial teams, senior leadership, and external financing partners to support project approvals, contract negotiations, and financing arrangements.

• Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate project profitability and investment returns.
• Perform financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and project valuation.
• Conduct discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis and assess project risks.
• Support project financing, funding strategies, and deal structuring.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external lenders/investors during transaction execution.
• Assist with contract reviews, financing documentation, and approval processes.
• Monitor project economics and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, project finance, corporate finance, or related areas.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in energy project finance, renewable energy, energy efficiency, or distributed energy projects.
• Knowledge of project finance, tax equity, capital leases, or commercial financing structures.
• Experience working with lenders, investors, or financing partners.
• Understanding of contract negotiations and transaction structuring.
