2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior HRIS Analyst role provides strategic planning, project leadership, and technical expertise to support Human Resources systems and processes. This position leads HR systems initiatives, manages projects, supports Oracle HCM Cloud applications, and acts as a key liaison among Human Resources, IT, vendors, and business partners to enhance system performance and business outcomes.
3. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and recommend strategic direction for HR systems
- Lead HR systems projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Coordinate project activities with IT staff and consultants
- Evaluate and implement new software applications
- Support system enhancements and fixes
- Develop project and test plans, and manage system budgets
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues
- Test and approve system configurations and reports
- Analyze business processes and identify improvements
- Gather and interpret business requirements
- Develop solutions and system recommendations
- Create functional specifications and implementation plans
- Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise
- Facilitate collaboration among internal and external partners
- Represent the organization with software vendors and user groups
- Provide production support for HR and Payroll applications
- Maintain application configuration and system security
- Generate operational reports and develop Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
- Support system interfaces and integrations
- Create audit reports and maintain data integrity
- Develop and maintain system documentation and user procedures
- Create training materials and conduct user training
- Assist users with software and hardware issues
- Manage service requests and enhancement requests
- Recommend software, hardware, and system upgrades
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
4. Requirements:
- Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum five years’ experience supporting HR systems or business applications
- Experience configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion
- Experience with Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Performance Management
- Knowledge of Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, and SQL
- Experience in production support and systems troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing priorities
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
