Key Position Details:

• Position: R&D Laboratory Analyst - Junior Assignment
• Location: Thompson's Station, TN (On-Site)
• Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
• Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (3-Month Initial Contract)
• Target Start Date: August 10, 2026

• Randstad, in partnership with our client, is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented R&D Laboratory Analyst to join a vibrant, welcoming, and fun team in Thompson's Station!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with sample reception, preparation, and media production.
• Conducting quality testing using methods like Petri film, cultural plating, and PCR technologies.
• Managing biohazardous waste decontamination and maintaining lab safety standards.
• Adapting quickly to dynamic daily priorities and working closely with a supportive team of analysts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a laboratory environment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to comfortably lift up to 40 lbs.
• Work Availability: Must be available to work the Tuesday–Saturday shift.
• Mindset & Soft Skills: A positive, self-starter attitude, strong communication, adaptability to change, and a desire to be a true team player!

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with LIMS software, MS Office, or PCR testing methods (BAX, GeneUp).
• Familiarity with ISO 17025 guidelines or aseptic laboratory techniques.
