Key Position Details:
- Position: R&D Laboratory Analyst - Junior Assignment
- Location: Thompson's Station, TN (On-Site)
- Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
- Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (3-Month Initial Contract)
- Target Start Date: August 10, 2026

- Randstad, in partnership with our client, is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented R&D Laboratory Analyst to join a vibrant, welcoming, and fun team in Thompson's Station!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with sample reception, preparation, and media production.
- Conducting quality testing using methods like Petri film, cultural plating, and PCR technologies.
- Managing biohazardous waste decontamination and maintaining lab safety standards.
- Adapting quickly to dynamic daily priorities and working closely with a supportive team of analysts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a laboratory environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to comfortably lift up to 40 lbs.
- Work Availability: Must be available to work the Tuesday–Saturday shift.
- Mindset & Soft Skills: A positive, self-starter attitude, strong communication, adaptability to change, and a desire to be a true team player!
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with LIMS software, MS Office, or PCR testing methods (BAX, GeneUp).
- Familiarity with ISO 17025 guidelines or aseptic laboratory techniques.
