Quantitative Analyst

Compensation: $75,000 base salary + performance-based discretionary bonus (structured to scale aggressively with firm growth)

• The Role
• We are seeking an exceptionally driven, multi-disciplinary Right Hand Quant to serve as a critical operational and technical force multiplier. This is not a back-office support role. You will work directly at the core of the business, wearing multiple hats and owning high-impact initiatives across research, client acquisition, operations, and team execution.

• Key Responsibilities
• Business Development & Client Relations: Spearhead strategic outreach, high-touch client acquisition, and relationship management. Bridge the gap between complex quantitative strategies and our audience/client base.
• Quantitative & Operational Support: Assist in research, documentation, and the structuring of quantitative finance materials, portfolio simulations, and curriculum assets.
• Team Development & Project Management: Coordinate internal workflows, manage development pipelines, and help scale operational infrastructure as the firm grows.
• Ad-Hoc Execution: Handle high-priority, cross-functional initiatives. From technical problem-solving to strategic partnerships, you will proactively identify bottlenecks and build solutions.

• Preferred Qualifications & Background
• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or advanced degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related rigorous technical field.
• Domain Passion: An obsessive, genuine love for quantitative finance, market mechanics, and mathematical modeling.
• The "Renaissance Man" Profile: A rare blend of analytical rigor, commercial awareness, and communication skills. You can write code or derive equations, talk shop with advanced traders, and close high-level client relations.
• Extreme Ownership: An absolute self-starter who requires zero micro-management. You thrive in ambiguity, run through walls, and obsess over moving the needle.
