Job Overview
We are seeking a Quality Control professional with 3–5 years of manufacturing inspection and quality experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality control, along with strong skills in inspection, non-conformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Experience in power conversion, inverter technology, or electrical manufacturing is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Perform incoming inspections using visual and dimensional inspection methods.
Work closely with suppliers and Supplier Quality teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards, procedures, and requirements.
Identify process deviations and support timely corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct routine quality audits, inspections, and process checks to verify process controls.
Develop and improve inspection procedures and in-process quality protocols.
Perform final/outgoing inspections of completed products before shipment.
Inspect and witness product testing, including visual, dimensional, and performance checks.
Partner with production and engineering teams to resolve product-level quality issues.
Maintain accurate inspection records, non-conformance reports, and other quality documentation.
Prepare quality documentation to support customer reviews and regulatory audits.
Analyze quality issues and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Inspection, or Manufacturing Quality.
Hands-on experience with visual and dimensional inspection.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and drive corrective actions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as effectively with cross-functional teams.
