Quality Control Analyst I

Contract: 1 year with potential extension or conversion

Pay: 23.50- 24.50 DOE

Location: Fort Worth, TX

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate I to support Quality Control Microbiology laboratory operations. This role performs microbiological testing and helps ensure products meet quality, regulatory, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform bioburden, sterility, PET, LAL, and Gram stain testing using aseptic techniques.
Support product and process validation, product release, and regulatory compliance activities.
Maintain accurate, complete documentation and follow GxP requirements and SOPs.
Assist with microbial identification and microbiological controls.
Collaborate with Manufacturing and other departments to support laboratory and production activities.
Troubleshoot issues, contribute to investigations, and support continuous improvement projects.
Complete required training and maintain compliance with all job requirements.

Qualifications

BS In Microbioology or Biology preferred
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently on complex laboratory tasks while collaborating effectively with a team.
Commitment to quality, accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement
