Viyahe is hiring a full-time, 100% remote Quality Assurance Analyst to support its technology-enabled travel booking, live-agent service, business travel workflows, reservations, and traveler support. In this position, you will review work outputs, records, and processes for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with documented standards while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Viyahe.

What You'll Work On

• Review samples of booking, traveler, agent, supplier, and platform-support records against documented procedures, quality standards, and required fields.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and process gaps and record findings clearly.
• Track recurring quality issues and analyze patterns across booking, agent-support, and digital travel workflows to identify likely root causes.
• Prepare quality metrics, exception summaries, and trend reports for travelers, travel agents, suppliers, and product teams.
• Work with process owners to verify corrective actions and confirm that resolved issues do not repeat.
• Maintain audit-ready quality documentation, review checklists, and evidence supporting completed checks for Viyahe.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in quality assurance, operations review, data validation, auditing, or process control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply written standards consistently.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, checklists, issue trackers, and reporting tools.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in Viyahe's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.
