About The Opportunity

Travel Congress has an opening for a Quality Assurance Analyst focused on accurate, dependable work across conference programming, attendee service, speaker coordination, content, marketing, and event operations for travel professionals. In this position, you will review work outputs, records, and processes for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with documented standards while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Travel Congress.

Salary: $70,000 - $79,000 per year

What You'll Coordinate

• Review samples of attendee, speaker, session, sponsor, and event records against documented procedures, quality standards, and required fields.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and process gaps and record findings clearly.
• Track recurring quality issues and analyze patterns across registration, programming, marketing, and event-delivery workflows to identify likely root causes.
• Prepare quality metrics, exception summaries, and trend reports for attendees, speakers, sponsors, and event teams.
• Work with process owners to verify corrective actions and confirm that resolved issues do not repeat.
• Maintain audit-ready quality documentation, review checklists, and evidence supporting completed checks for Travel Congress.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in quality assurance, operations review, data validation, auditing, or process control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply written standards consistently.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, checklists, issue trackers, and reporting tools.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in Travel Congress's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.
