About The Position

The Quality Assurance Analyst opening at Start Club Corp supports day-to-day work across marketing strategy, brand growth, market research, promotions, customer engagement, and events. In this position, you will review work outputs, records, and processes for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with documented standards while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Start Club Corp.

What You'll Contribute

• Review samples of client, campaign, event, market-research, and customer records against documented procedures, quality standards, and required fields.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and process gaps and record findings clearly.
• Track recurring quality issues and analyze patterns across marketing, research, event, and customer-engagement workflows to identify likely root causes.
• Prepare quality metrics, exception summaries, and trend reports for clients, marketing teams, event teams, and customers.
• Work with process owners to verify corrective actions and confirm that resolved issues do not repeat.
• Maintain audit-ready quality documentation, review checklists, and evidence supporting completed checks for Start Club Corp.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in quality assurance, operations review, data validation, auditing, or process control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply written standards consistently.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, checklists, issue trackers, and reporting tools.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in Start Club Corp's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.
