About The Opportunity

The Quality Assurance Analyst opening at Smartly Technologies supports day-to-day work across managed IT, cloud services, cybersecurity, technical support, implementation, and client technology operations. In this position, you will review work outputs, records, and processes for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with documented standards while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Smartly Technologies.

What You'll Work On

• Review samples of user, client, support-ticket, system, project, and service records against documented procedures, quality standards, and required fields.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and process gaps and record findings clearly.
• Track recurring quality issues and analyze patterns across support, implementation, service-management, and technical operations workflows to identify likely root causes.
• Prepare quality metrics, exception summaries, and trend reports for users, clients, engineers, and service teams.
• Work with process owners to verify corrective actions and confirm that resolved issues do not repeat.
• Maintain audit-ready quality documentation, review checklists, and evidence supporting completed checks for Smartly Technologies.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in quality assurance, operations review, data validation, auditing, or process control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply written standards consistently.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, checklists, issue trackers, and reporting tools.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in Smartly Technologies's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.
