Role Overview

Signal Travel & Tours, Inc. has an opening for a Quality Assurance Analyst focused on accurate, dependable work across travel planning, ticketing, tours, reservations, payments, customer service, and itinerary support. In this position, you will review work outputs, records, and processes for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with documented standards while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Signal Travel & Tours, Inc.

Salary: $69,500 - $78,500 per year

Your Day-to-Day

• Review samples of booking, traveler, itinerary, supplier, and payment records against documented procedures, quality standards, and required fields.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and process gaps and record findings clearly.
• Track recurring quality issues and analyze patterns across booking and traveler-service workflows to identify likely root causes.
• Prepare quality metrics, exception summaries, and trend reports for travelers, suppliers, and internal travel teams.
• Work with process owners to verify corrective actions and confirm that resolved issues do not repeat.
• Maintain audit-ready quality documentation, review checklists, and evidence supporting completed checks for Signal Travel & Tours, Inc.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in quality assurance, operations review, data validation, auditing, or process control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply written standards consistently.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, checklists, issue trackers, and reporting tools.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in Signal Travel & Tours, Inc.'s remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.
