About This Role

Seronda Network is adding a Quality Assurance Analyst to its remote team supporting brand awareness, communications, public relations, events, customer engagement, and project support. In this position, you will review work outputs, records, and processes for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with documented standards while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Seronda Network.

Salary: $72,000 - $81,000 per year

Your Responsibilities

• Review samples of client, event, media, content, and engagement records against documented procedures, quality standards, and required fields.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and process gaps and record findings clearly.
• Track recurring quality issues and analyze patterns across communications, event, brand, and customer-engagement workflows to identify likely root causes.
• Prepare quality metrics, exception summaries, and trend reports for clients, event teams, communications teams, and partners.
• Work with process owners to verify corrective actions and confirm that resolved issues do not repeat.
• Maintain audit-ready quality documentation, review checklists, and evidence supporting completed checks for Seronda Network.
