One of the leading providers of best-in-class information technology services and solutions is looking for a Usability Tester to join their REMOTE team!
Our client is seeking a Usability Tester to support enterprise software applications by planning, executing, and documenting usability and functional testing activities. This role will work closely with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure applications are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet business and functional requirements. The ideal candidate has experience creating test plans, executing test cases, documenting defects, and supporting Agile software development projects.
Contract Duration: 12-Month Contract with the opportunity
- Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of usability or software testing experience.
- Experience creating test plans, test cases, and documenting defects.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- What You Will Be Doing
- Daily Responsibilities
- Develop and execute usability test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Evaluate application usability, functionality, and overall user experience.
- Identify, document, and track usability issues, defects, and enhancement recommendations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Validate application enhancements through regression, functional, and usability testing.
- Maintain accurate testing documentation and communicate findings to project teams.
